Work From Home

We want to allow the team to work flexibly and in the most productive environment as possible. For some, this means working in the studio with the music blasting, for others this means working alone in total silence. Unfortunately we aren’t be able to make everybody happy 100% of the time.

Whilst we realise remote work is very now, we are not yet at the stage of being able to offer it 5 days a week - we are still growing and we love the daily studio interaction, but maybe it is something we will offer in the future?

To allow some freedom and flexibility, we offer one Work From Home (WFH) day per week between Tuesday and Thursday.

The Guidelines

To work from home, please follow these simple guidelines:

1. Check the calendar for any appointments on the day you would like to WFH.
2. Atleast 24 hours beforehand, please submit a request form.
3. Once approved, Kate will add your WFH day to the “hy.am Internal” calendar.
4. Make sure you let your team know and you write it in your Standup the evening before.
5. Make sure you are 100% reachable on Slack during your WFH day.
