General info about the studio

We all share a studio together, please find below our top tips and insights into enjoying the space as much as possible!

Meeting rooms

We have one meeting room available that can be booked through our Google Calendar. To book the room, simply create a new event and invite the guests as usual. Before you save you must just select “ROOMS” and click on our address. If the meeting room is already booked, no “room” will be displayed.

Music

We tend to always have a flow of music in the studio (unless the wifi goes down) and we are not afraid of covering all genres. Please contribute to the playlist by connecting with our Sonos speakers over Spotify or the Sonos App.

If you do not wish to listen to the studio music, or you want to have some focus time, please feel free to listen to music through your own headphones.

Alarm system

You will be given a key to our building as well as a security key for switching off or setting the alarm. The alarm system is very easy and Kate will give you the full instructions on your first day. There is usually someone in the studio from just before 9 am, if not earlier.
